B A T T L E B E T W E E N t h e : detoxifying facial masks

I just recently bought the swisse clay mask after venturing into the great land of the MyChemist skincare aisle and saw that everything was on sale.
I bought the mask for ~$13 and the manuka honey was what persuaded me.
I know honey is very restoring for the skin, and it had other great natural ingredients like charcoal and aloe.
I was super excited to try it out!

After trying out the swisse mask, it reminded me so much of my sukin one so I decided to do a comparison.

I've had the sukin clay masque for a while now,
and I don't know what got into me but I got sucked into the 'buy 3 for the price of 2' so i got the 3 for $30.
I am still struggling to get through the 1st one.
I like the whole 'organic' products they have going on and after using the clay my skin does feel cleaner and radiant.

Okay.
Before I start, I must admit...
this review may be biased.
Possibly because I am so sick of this product, and the looming unopened 2 bottles sitting on my shelf staring me down gives me anxiety.
But let me try be Switzerland.

The packaging is simplistic and nice, screams organic.
The scent of the product is just that standard clay smell with no other strong fragrances (which is what I want if I'm going for the organic products).
The texture is quite thick and it takes about 10-15 minutes for it to dry.

The product claims to have ingredients such as kale, spirulina, parsely, and chlorella which is the supegreens that are antioxidants and vitamins to promote healthy skin. Then the avocado and goji berry promote moisture.
That sounds pretty damn organic if you ask me.

After washing off the product, my face looks brighter and more radiant.
I think is used to quite enjoy the product and use it every other night after my shower because it felt pretty gentle on the skin.

But now it's just not that exciting anymore.

It's a decent product and have lasted for a decent amount of time, but someone please, take my 2 unopened jars away from me!

First impressions?
I was quite surprised that the product was grey/ charcoal coloured.
For some reason I was expecting it to be yellow and honey-like.
The charcoal and kaolin clay apparently draws the impurities out of your skin, manuka honey is antibacterial, salicylic acid is good for blemishes, aloe vera soothes the skin, and the algae hydrates it.

This already sounds more productive than what the sukin does with it's 'supergreens'.

The texture is more runny than the sukin mask, but still stays on the face nicely without dripping.
It takes about 10-15 minutes for the mask to dry and the cool thing is that you can actually see the mask change colours.
Your face feels SO tight when it's drying though.
Before you wash it off, you can see the areas of oil and impurities which is pretty cool.
After washing the mask off, my face does feel super fresh and soft.
I haven't really noticed the mask bringing a head to my forming pimples, but other reviews have stated that it did for them.
